What this covers

This notice covers the form for requesting a seat in the Roomate Cloud closed beta on www.roomate.dev. The site uses no analytics or advertising cookies.

What we collect

• Your email address (required).
• Your name, company and team size, if you choose to give them.
• The date and time of your request.

You are not required by law to give us any of this. Without an email address we can't contact you about the beta.

Why

Only to contact you about the Roomate Cloud beta: to offer you a seat, ask about your team's needs, and tell you about changes to the beta. We don't sell your details, share them for marketing, or add you to a newsletter.

Where it is kept

In a private storage area on Vercel, our hosting provider, which may store it outside Israel. Only Roomate can read it. It is kept until the beta ends or you ask us to delete it, and in any case for no longer than 24 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time, as provided under Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981. To do so, reply to any email we send you about the beta.
